My name is Fabian Cardenas, I graduated National Holistic Institute with honors in both their core program and neuromuscular program. I have been trained in using techniques from Shiatsu Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Neuromuscular therapy (NMT), which is an approach to soft tissue manual massage therapy where quasi-static pressure is applied to soft tissue to stimulate skeletal striated muscle. Through applied knowledge of trigger points, neuromuscular therapy addresses postural distortion (poor posture), biomechanical dysfunction, nerve compression syndrome, and ischemic. This helps with chronic pain, compressed nerves, trauma, and more. This is a clothed modality, please wear comfortable clothing i.e. yoga/gym. I also work with what is known as Trigger Point Therapy, to target chronic or acute pain. I want to offer each person that comes to Massage Harbor a customized massage to help alleviate stress, or just be pain free again, and change the community one body at a time. Cert # 61691

I want to offer each person that I see a customized massage to help alleviate stress and pain.
